Urban planning attempts to respond to the characteristics of the historical ensemble with materiality and siting of the building. The monolithic structure is in the south and east by two concave lines defines the stress the corner of University Street to Rennweg in their intersection. While the side road to the university looks more closed, the side of the building opens to the west by a two storey foyer generously to the place - "Open Space".
